Consulting Manager(Shanghai, 1)

Role Summary:
You will manage a team of consulting professionals in order to meet and exceed consulting revenue objectives and ensure customers success.
This is a varied role involving the delivery of consulting project activities ranging from client identification through to final invoicing. 
You’ll be responsible for problem identification, software specification and/or design, pre-sales support, implementation, testing, client training and solution deployment.
Building and maintaining client relationships is vital – you’ll need to demonstrate that you can gain the respect of clients through your industry, product and technical knowledge and can successfully interpret client’s needs.
You’ll be based out of Shanghai, however significant travel is required.

Education:
· Degree level or equivalent
Skills/Abilities:
· Proven excellent implementation skills
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - client facing
· Ideally some knowledge of development or databases (SQL)
· BI reporting experience would be an advantage
· Flexible approach
· Ability to work effectively under pressure
· Ability to analyze customer’s business operations and make suggestions for process improvements.
· Ability to assess existing customer’s usage and prepare a software assessment document.

 

Account Executives(Shanghai, 2)

Description: Will sell our Enterprise Resource Planning software solutions and work at all levels of the customer/prospect's organization to understand their business needs so that the proper recommendation of Cincom software and services can be made.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Work as a member of sales team on large enterprise software deployments, interacting with engineering product experts, user representatives, and IT specialists
  • Must be able to understand complex engineered products manufacturing and Quote to Order and Order to Build process within ETO/BTO manufacturing
  • Identify and qualify prospective customers for Cincom Software and Services in the assigned Region/Verticals.
  • Understand and identify business problems of prospective customers. Develop an appropriate solution using Cincom products and services.
  • Maintain a cooperative working relationship between all necessary departments to ensure resources are used to achieve customer satisfaction and corporate objectives.

Job Qualifications

  • The candidate should have 5 or more years enterprise software experience (consulting and/or sales), be aggressive, entrepreneurial, motivated and have a proven record of successfully selling sophisticated software and service products to high level management in mid and large corporate markets.
  • Creative mind to evaluate new opportunities.
  • 4-year College degree required.
  • Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin language skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership ability.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Superior professional presence and business acumen.
  • Extensive experience managing complex contract negotiations and developing complex proposals to meet client needs.
  • History of successful achievement of sales and service goals.

Implementation Consultant(Shanghai, 1)

Description: Will work as a member of consulting team on enterprise resource planning (ERP) software deployments, interacting with engineering, product experts, user representatives, and IT specialists to successfully implement our CONTROL ERP software solution.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and functional implementation support to prospective customers and effectively coordinate with implementation team members to ensure timely and cost effective implementation project success.
  • Experience with complex engineered products manufacturing, Demand Flow, Kanban, Quote to Order and Order to Build process within ETO/BTO manufacturing.
  • Good knowledge on Finance (order, inventory, GL, AP, AR, Fixass, Cost etc.) 
  • Provide ERP training services to customers.
  • On occasion will assist in pre-sales activities involving qualification of prospective customers, proposal writing and product demonstrations.
  • Understand and identify business problems of customers and develop appropriate solutions using Cincom products and services.
  • Work with Product Management to determine product and service requirements for China based customers.
  • Maintain a cooperative working relationship between all necessary departments to ensure resources are used to achieve customer satisfaction and corporate objectives.

  Requirements:

  • The candidate must have 3 or more years of ERP software implementation experience with a proven record of successful implementation projects.
  • Strong analytical and creative mind, and strong project management skills.
  • 4-year College degree required.
  • Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin language skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership ability.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Superior professional presence and business acumen.

Pre- Sales Consultant (Shanghai, 1)

Description: Will work as a member of consulting team on large enterprise resource planning (ERP) software deployments, interacting with engineering product experts, user representatives, and IT specialists sell our Enterprise Resource Planning software solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and functional pre-sales support to prospective customers and effectively coordinate with sales account executives to obtain competitive sales advantage.
  • Must be have experience with complex engineered products manufacturing, Quote to Order and Order to Build process within ETO/BTO manufacturing
  • Some programming and design experience using object oriented technologies, as well as complex representational systems; work with development team to design and maintain robust solutions
  • Identify and qualify prospective customers for Cincom Software and Services in the Complex Manufacturing vertical industries in China.
  • Understand and identify business problems of prospective customers. Develop an appropriate solution using Cincom products and services.
  • Develop compelling customer proposals.
  • Work with Product Management to determine product and service requirements for China based customers.
  • Guard against competitive losses by sustaining a thorough knowledge of competitor's strategies and products.
  • Maintain a cooperative working relationship between all necessary departments to ensure resources are used to achieve customer satisfaction and corporate objectives.

 Requirements:

  • The candidate should have 5 or more years enterprise software experience (consulting and/or presales), be aggressive, entrepreneurial, motivated and have a proven record of successfully selling sophisticated software and service products to high level management in mid and large corporate markets.
